Lease Renewal/Extension

Description:

Public Grievance Redressal (PGR) system allows citizens to file the complaints related to any issues faced within the Cantonment area and track the status of the issues raised.

Step Involved:

  • 1. Fill up the application (Renewal or Extension) with relevant details.
  • 2. Download the application copy, Sign offline, scan and upload or digitally sign using Aadhar authentication.
  • 3. Upload required/applicable documents & submit the application.
  • 4. Application will be verified, inspected and approved by CB officials.

Facilities Available:

  • 1. Online tracking of the status of the application
  • 2. Status update through SMS and Email
